Nudge

Get paid without having to chase.

Add the invoices you’re owed. Nudge emails each client polite reminders on a schedule, gets firmer the longer it goes, and stops the moment they pay.

No card needed for the trial. The demo uses made-up clients and never sends a real email.

Three things to set up, then it runs itself

Most people are chasing in under five minutes.

  1. Add what you’re owed

Type an invoice in, import a CSV from Xero, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet, or forward the invoice email to your Nudge address and it fills in the details for you.

  2. Check the reminders

Five reminders are ready to go, from a friendly heads-up to a final notice. Change the wording and timing to sound like you.

  3. Let it chase

Reminders go out on weekday mornings from your business name. Replies come straight to you. Mark it paid and the reminders stop.

Polite first, firmer when it needs to be

The default schedule starts friendly and only gets firm once an invoice is properly late. If an invoice turns up already overdue, it skips straight to the right reminder instead of sending all of them at once.

Built for the way small businesses actually get paid

Sounds like you, not a robot

Emails show your business name and replies land in your inbox. Clients just see a reminder from you.

See who’s read it

Every invoice shows which reminders went out, which were opened, and whether the client looked at the invoice.

Promises and pauses

Client says they’ll pay Friday? Log it and reminders wait until then. Pause one client or everything with one click.

“I’ve already paid”

Clients can tell you they’ve paid from the invoice page. Reminders hold off while you check your bank.

Forward and forget

Forward or BCC your invoice emails to your own Nudge address. It reads the invoice and drafts it for you to approve.

Know where you stand

What you’re owed, what’s overdue, how late people pay on average, and how much came in after a reminder.

Questions

Who do the emails come from?
They show your business name, and replies go to your own email address. Nudge sends them from its own mail server so they arrive reliably without you setting anything up.
Will it annoy my clients?
Never more than one email every couple of days, only on weekday mornings by default, and it stops the moment you mark an invoice paid or log a promise to pay.
Does it take payments?
No. It points clients to your bank details or your own payment link (Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal or anything else), so money goes straight to you.
I use Xero or QuickBooks. Can I still use it?
Yes. Export your unpaid invoices as a CSV and import them, or BCC your Nudge address when you send invoices.
