Nudge stores what you give it: your account details, your clients’ names and email addresses, and your invoices.

It uses those only to send the reminders you’ve set up and to show you their progress. Reminder emails include a tiny image and tracked links so you can see when a client opens a reminder or views an invoice.

If you forward invoice emails to Nudge, the email and any attachments are read to fill in a draft invoice. When that reading is done by Anthropic’s Claude, the content is sent to Anthropic for processing. The email itself is not kept.

Payments for your subscription are handled by Stripe. Nudge never sees your card details.

You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.
